This Returns & Refund Policy explains how customers may request a return, exchange or refund for products purchased from AkSaLuX.
1. Return requests
Customers should contact us before returning any product. Return requests can be sent to krasniqimilaimch@gmail.com with the order number, customer name, product name, reason for return and photos if the product is damaged or incorrect.
2. Condition of returned products
Returned products must normally be unused, unopened, complete and in their original packaging. Products must be packed safely for return transport. We may refuse a return if the product is used, damaged by the customer, incomplete or returned without prior communication.
3. Hygiene and sealed products
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrances, cosmetics, skincare products, personal-care items, sealed hygiene products and similar goods may not be returnable unless they are defective, damaged on arrival or unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
4. Incorrect or defective products
If the customer receives an incorrect, defective or damaged product, they should contact us promptly and provide photos of the package, product and label where possible. We will review the case and may offer a replacement, exchange, repair, refund or other appropriate solution.
5. Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is caused by an error on our side, a defective product or a legal requirement. The exact handling may depend on the case and applicable law.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method where technically possible. Processing times may depend on the payment provider, bank or card issuer. Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error or mandatory law provides otherwise.
7. Non-returnable items
Gift cards, digital products, personalised items, opened hygiene products, used cosmetics, used personal-care items and products not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons may be excluded from returns unless defective or legally required.
