This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered after a customer places an order on AkSaLuX.
1. Order processing
Orders are processed after successful order submission and, where applicable, payment confirmation. Processing may be delayed if payment verification is pending, address information is incomplete, products are temporarily unavailable or additional customer confirmation is required.
2. Delivery area
AkSaLuX primarily serves customers in Switzerland. Additional delivery countries may be offered depending on supplier availability, courier options and the products ordered.
3. Delivery times
Delivery times shown on the website are estimates. They may vary depending on product availability, payment checks, supplier processing, courier performance, customs processing, public holidays and seasonal demand. If a significant delay occurs, we may contact the customer using the contact details provided during checkout.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout where technically available. Costs may depend on destination, delivery method, order value, product weight, package size or supplier conditions.
5. Delivery address
The customer is responsible for entering a complete and correct delivery address. If a package cannot be delivered because of incorrect or incomplete information, additional delivery costs or return costs may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
6. Supplier or dropshipping delivery
Some products may be shipped directly by a supplier or fulfilment partner. In that case, delivery documents, packaging or tracking information may be generated by the relevant supplier or logistics partner.
7. Damaged or missing packages
If a package arrives damaged, incomplete or does not arrive within a reasonable time, the customer should contact us promptly at krasniqimilaimch@gmail.com with the order number, photos where relevant and a description of the issue.
8. Risk and receipt
Risk of loss or damage may pass according to applicable law and the delivery method selected. Customers should inspect delivered products as soon as possible after receipt and report visible damage without unnecessary delay.
